PROGRAM PROSPECTUS

PROGRAM SYNOPSIS: This program explores how contemporary values and business practices are
changing how we look at our customers, employees and management. It is a
tough look at operational realities and what we must do to address them.

 

  PROGRAM OUTCOMES:
   

1) Understand the impact of generational value shifts in America
2) Explore the new realities of managing people
3) Develop operational strategies and tactics to met the challenge

 

  PROGRAM ELEMENTS:
   

1) The basic presentation takes 1.5 hours.
2) 3 to 6 hours, extended programs can focus on management, marketing or advertising applications. Shorter sessions can be developed.
3) The presentation is effective with a range of participants
4) The workshop uses workbooks, discussion, and presentations
5) The workshop is effective in developing work teams.
