What is Lilly Foresight Dynamics?
Lilly Foresight Dynamics improves the value
and effectiveness of business trade associations, professional societies,
and chambers of commerce. In today's world, excellence requires addressing
changing member needs with targeted management strategies.
How can Businesses, Associations and Chambers Benefit?
Business organizations must find how to best address customer, member,
industry or community needs. It can be difficult to establish consensus
on how to proceed and how to evaluate progress.
Lilly Foresight Dynamics uses a five step
process to address those needs. First, consensus is developed for the
areas of emphasis. Second, the organization's expertise and resources
are identified. Third, an environmental scan is made to position the effort.
Fourth, intervention strategies are designed or refocused, using your
unique expertise and resources. Finally, program effectiveness measures
are developed to monitor progress.
